When is Reception open?

Our main Reception office is located at Charlestown Executive Apartments, 45-47 Dickinson Street, Charlestown. This office operates 7 days a week from 9:00am-6.30pm. After hours bookings are taken up to 9.30pm.

There is no on-site Reception, how do I check-in?

Our apartments have a keyless entry system. On the day of your arrival, we will contact you and provide you with a unique code. This code is to be entered into the keypad located by the front door to your apartment. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out by 10:00am. We are able to alter these times to suit your needs depending on availablity, but will require advance notice. Please call us on 02 4037 1122 to discuss check-in and check-out options outside of the standard hours (charges may apply).

Who do I contact after hours?

You can call us anytime on 02 4037 1122. This number is diverted to our night manager outside of Reception hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Everton Apartments upholds a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Should a guest cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full amount of accommodation.
Prior to this 72 hours, the deposit will be refunded.

Is a bond required?

Yes, we take a credit card pre-authorisation on check-in. No cash is accepted.

What is a pre-authorisation?

A credit card preauthorisation is a temporary hold of funds that can last up to 7 days.
Your bank holds this money frozen in your account and it will show as a pending transaction until completion or release.

What security do you have on site?

We have round the clock CCTV cameras on the property, as well as an offsite manager available throughout the night for any problems or required assistance.

Do you have car parking available?

Yes, each unit has an individual lock-up garage that will fit one vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle, there is ample offside street parking available. Visitors can access the spaces provided on a 'first come, first served' basis.

How do we access the garage?

Once you arrive and enter the apartment, enter the garage and the button is located on the inside wall.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, we have free WiFi with a generous daily limit.

How often are the apartments serviced?

Our apartments are serviced once a week after your seventh night. However, we are able to service the apartment more frequently for an additional charge. Please contact Reception for more information.

Do we have to bring linen?

No, all of our units are fully self-contained, including bed linen, towels, blankets, cutlery and crockery.
